864,822. Laminates. PFALZISCHE PLASTIC-WERKE G.m.b.H. Feb. 10, 1959 [Feb. 14, 1958], No. 4574/59. Class 140. A ready-to-lay multi-layer floor slab comprises an outer layer of a synthetic resin or synthetic or natural rubber sheet 1, the other outer layer 5 being a removable covering protecting a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4, and a blocking layer 3 separating the layer 1 from the adhesive layer 4. The layer 1 may be plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the layer 3 may be a vinyl polymer or a cellulose derivative. One or more layers 2 of bituminized pasteboard, filled synthetic resin, PVC or cork may be placed between the layers 1 and 3.
