Abstract

861,120. Electromagnetic interrupters. PLESSEY CO. Ltd. Sept. 30, 1957 [Nov. 2, 1956], No. 33466/56. Class 38 (5). An electromagnetic vibratory interrupter 1 is supported within a housing 4 by a resilient member 2, preferably of sponge rubber, which fits into the housing and has a platform 3 with an opening slightly smaller than the base of the interrupter 1 so as to hold the latter in the member 2. A circumferential recess 5 of the housing 4 retains the member 2 in position and flexible leads 6 connect the interrupter and plugs 7 mounted in a rigid disc 8.
