Abstract

861,014. Parquet flooring. BELLRINGER, R. C. V. April 20, 1959, No. 13364/59. Class 87(1) A prefabricated parquet flooring unit comprises laminated wood blocks connected by strips 19 of aluminium &c. interleaved between the laminations 15, 16, 17, 18 of adjacent blocks. The blocks and strips are secured together by a flexible setting adhesive 20 to impart permanent elasticity to the unit. Alternative shapes of connecting strips are shown in Fig. 2.
