A device for feeding lubricant &c. alternately to a pair of outlets 11, 12 and arranged to change over from one outlet to the other in response to rise of pressure in the said one outlet consequent upon the completion of delivery of lubricant from each of a number of feeders connected to that outlet comprises interlocking main and auxiliary valves 15, 16 respectively. With the parts positioned as shown lubricant entering the housing at 10 passes a central, reduced portion 161 of the valve 16 and has access to a passage 25 communicating with a chamber at the right-hand end of the valve 15 whereby the latter is held in position to allow lubricant, after passing through a chamber 18 containing interlocking balls 19 for the valves 15, 16 to pass to the outlet 11. Rise of pressure in this outlet is communicated through a passage 111 raising a spring-loaded piston 20 to permit flow through a passage 112 to the righthand end of the valve 16, causing the latter to move to the left and place the left-hand end of the valve 15 in communication with the inlet 10 and the right-hand end in communication with a low-pressure passage 13 through a reduced portion 164. The balls 19 prevent movement of the valve 15 until the valve 16 has completed its movement. When the piston 20, or a similar piston 21 connected by a passage 121 to the outlet 12, is in its lowermost position it connects the end of the valve 16 that is not pressurized to a low-pressure passage 14 or 13. The passages 14, 13 connect with the intake of the pump feeding the inlet 10.
