839,335. Portable buildings; tents; building frameworks. LEWIS, P. B. Nov. 12, 1958 [Aug. 12, 1957], No. 25415/57. Classes 20(1) and 20(2) A portable building or tent comprises a framework of tubular members 1, 12, 15, 16 and 19 joined together by multi-angular union members 4, 5 and 18, which consist of sockets into which the tubular members may be inserted and having springs 14 with projections 7 which engage holes in the tubular members when in position. Base plates 3 have a vertical socket 2 and holes 6 for fixing them to the ground. A canvas covering is fixed by rings on to hooks 20.
