Abstract
833,897. Locating sources of infra-red radiation. BRINRO Ltd. Oct. 10, 1957 [Oct. 25, 1956], No. 31652/57. Addition to 785,340. Class 40 (3). In an apparatus for detecting and indicating the direction of small sources of infra-red rays in a plane as described in the parent Specification and comprising a receiver having an inclined mirror 1, rotating about an axis 2, and concave and convex reflectors 4, 5 to direct the rays on to a photocell 6, the cell is stationary and the rays pass through a rotating slit c. The slit is carried by the receiver or moved in synchronism therewith.
