Abstract

830,399. Matching transmission lines. ELECTRIC & MUSICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. March 19, 1956 [April 2, 1955], No. 9672/55. Class 40 (8). The narrow and wide conductors 1, 3 of a strip transmission line are connected respectively to the inner and outer conductors 4, 5 of a coaxial line, the strip line being prolonged beyond the junction to form a matching stub 1a, 3a. To further improve matching, the narrow conductor 1 is widened at its point of connection with the inner conductor 4.
