Abstract
The invention comprises phenthiazine derivatives of the general formula <FORM:0830012/IV (b)/1> where Ac denotes an acyl group of from 2 to 4 carbon atoms and R is an alkyl group. Examples detail the preparation of 3-propionyl-10-(b -N1-methyl - piperazinyl - N - propyl) phenothiazine and its 3-acetyl analogue by the method of the parent Specification, to which reference is made.
