828,553. Collapsible cardboard boxes. PORTLAND ADVERTISING SERVICE Ltd. Feb. 6, 1958 [Feb. 7, 1957], No. 4190/57. Class 18. A cardboard box of the type in which one or both ends of a lid or cover B is or are cut away as at b<SP>2</SP> so that any markings on the box can be seen, is formed with a recess b<SP>6</SP> on each side o: the lid to provide hand grips and the sides of the box and the lid are scored at 45 degrees from the corners in order that the box and lid may be flattened, when empty, for storage and transport. The ends of the lid may be reinforced by additional sheet members b<SP>4</SP> secured thereto by staples b<SP>5</SP>.
