Abstract

827,223. Core laminae for dynamo-electric machines. BROWN, BOVERI & CIE A.G. Jan. 9,1957 [Jan. 9, 1956], No. 869/57. Class 35. A stator of annular laminated sheets has the sheets divided into individual pieces of which alternate pieces are triangular, no cutting lines being radial unless in the region of the conductor slots. In Fig. 6 the triangular pieces 2 have extensions each with one conductor slot and their outer corners fit the axial ribs 4 but in Fig. 4 they do not reach the slotted region, and, being smaller, need additional axial supporting ribs 14. The laminµ are staggered so that a triangular section in one ring faces intermediate sections in the adjacent rings.
