Abstract

823,995. Endless-chain conveyers. LEA, P. March 4, 1958 [Dec. 4, 1956], No. 37069/56. Class 78 (1). Material passes from a grinder 5 together with air into a conveyer casing 7 which is divided longitudinally into passages 8, 9 communicating at their ends. An endless conveyer 10 provided with scrapers 11 works in the passages and conveys material over the driving wheel 12 into the passage 9 along which it travels to an outlet disposed above a bin 17A. Air delivered by the grinder passes in the direction of the arrows B through the passage 8, fan 18 and pipe 19 to cyclone separator 20. The casing 7 consists of horizontal portions 14, 16 connected by a vertical portion 15.
