Abstract

819,666. Printed circuits. CINCH MANUFACTURING CORPORATION. Aug. 13, 1956 [Sept. 26, 1955], No. 24764/56. Class 37. A printed-circuit assembly comprises two printed-circuit panels 1, 4, the panel 1 being provided with slots 10 and the panel 4 with tongues 22 which fit into the slots, the printedcircuit conductors on the panel 4 extending to the tongues 22 so that electrical connection may be made between them and the conductors on panel 1. In the arrangement illustrated, the panel 4 forms a shelf supporting valve-holders 26, the terminals of which are electrically connected to appropriate ones of the printedcircuit conductors on the underside of the panel by hand or dip-soldering. The panels 1 and 4 are made of a glass-base epoxy material and are secured together by an epoxy resin glue. The conductors on the two panels are subsequently interconnected by soldering. The panel 1 has a terminal portion 9 bearing terminal conductors adapted to co-operate with a suitable endconnection.
