816,887. Respiratory appliances. LAXTON, R. A. Feb. 13, 1958 [Feb. 15, 1957], No. 5224/57. Class 81 (2). A nose clip, for use under water, is made with a transverse section 1, for passing below the septum, and upwardly and inwardly directed limbs 7, 8 carrying pads 9, 10 at their upper ends, the whole being made of a suitably resilient synthetic resin such as polystyrene or polyamide. The inner faces of the pads may be provided with a number of small hemispherical protuberances to increase the grip on the nose. Specification 695,963 is referred to.
