Abstract

816,287. Phonograph &c. records. BLUNDELL, D. A. Feb. 28, 1958, No. 6493/58. Class 40 (2). A grooved rubber, plastic or the like material ring 1 is fitted around the edge of a gramophone record disc 2 so as to stand proud of the surface near the periphery, thus affording an anti-slip drive and protection of the grooved parts of the record surfaces. Modified cross-sections for the ring are also shown (Figs. 3, 4, not shown).
