804,620. Pipe connections. ORENSTEINKOPPEL UND LUBECKER MASCHINENBAU A.G. April 5, 1957 [April 28, 1956], No. 11244/57. Class 99(1). Fluid pressure pipes 8, used e.g. in conveying air and oil in steering and braking systems for excavators, are accommodated in a tube 3, pass through holes in an end plate 5 welded to the tube 3 and extend into holes in a distribution block 7 which lead to other pipes 9, the common tube 3 also being supported in the distributer block 7 and secured in position by a clamp 10. The tube 3 may be provided with a collar so that the pipes 8 extend into the block 7 by a constant length. The end plate 5 engages the block 7 over a seal 6 and the clamp 10 is welded to the block. The tube 3 may be mounted inside a drive shaft.
