796,253. Vacuum flask stoppers. ISOVAC, Ltd., and CATLIN, R. J. Oct. 10, 1956 [July 12, 1956], No. 21555/56. Class 125(3). A vacuum flask having a cannister shoulder 1 formed with a tubular outlet 2 in which the glass vacuum vessel 3 is located has the shoulder 1 formed with recesses 7 and lugs 6, a stopper 8 with head 9 and depending wall 10 being formed with inwardly directed projections 11 which when the stopper is applied can pass through recesses 7 and by a turning movement be engaged with lugs 6. Slots 12 near the stopper edge allow the user to see that proper engagement has been made.
