Abstract

The exterior walls of buildings are given a coating of a solution of natural rubber compounded with natural and synthetic resins and mineral fillers, this being applied in sufficient thickness to protect the wall against atmospheric conditions and to be capable of being worked into a pattern. A suitable material is that sold under the Registered Trade Mark "Bostik" Grade C. The material may be applied and worked into a pattern by a trowel; when set hard, it may be painted or enamelled.
