776,463. Temperature-sensitive resistors. LICENTIA PATENT-VERWALTUNGS-GES. Dec. 3, 1954 [Dec. 7, 1953], No. 35074/54. Class 37. Temperature-sensitive sintered-oxide semiconductor elements are formed from 50 per cent FeO.Fe 2 0 3' between 23 and 32 per cent ZnO.Fe 2 0 3 and the remainder NiO.Fe 2 0 3 . A temperature coefficient of resistance of 64.2 per cent per degree C may be obtained. Other values can be selected by varying the proportions. The elements can be used for controlling relays of normal sensitivity directly.
