770,217. Tractor load-handling attachments. ASKAM, J. F. Oct. 12, 1955 [Oct. 12, 1954], No. 29319/54. Class 78 (3). The tractor load-handling attachment described in Specification 732,152 is modified by inserting an hydraulic jack 6 in the upper link 7 to facilitate " break away" " of the material being handled. The jack is single acting and is returned to its extended position by a spring 9, but in a modification (not shown) it is double acting. The Specification states that the manure fork 5 may be replaced by various earth-moving tools.
