Abstract

An acaricidal composition which may be in the form of a dust, dispersion or an emulsion contains as its active ingredient dibenzyl disulphide together with a diluent or carrier. The diluent or carrier may comprise a dispersing agent and/or a suspending agent such that a dispersion is formed when the mixture is added to water. A mist or aerosol producing composition is obtained by adding a volatile oil and a miscible solvent. A smoke producing composition is obtained by adding a smoke generating composition.
