A reinforced concrete slab is provided with vertical apertures of cylindrical or prismatic form which are lined with wire netting 2. The wire netting may be coated with cement and provided with reinforcing rods 4 and rings 3 before it is incorporated in the slab. The side edges of the slab are formed with tongues 5, 6 for interlocking and forming a space for binding material between two slabs.
