Powder metallurgy.-Plant for the production of wire and sheets from metal powder comprises a first rolling mill for compressing the powder, the rollers being of a diameter at least 50 times the roll pass; a sintering furnace disposed after the rolling mill; and at least one further rolling mill disposed after the sintering furnace and having rollers of a diameter at least 50 times the roll pass and preferably between 100 and 1000 times the roll pass.
