736,282. Circular looms. SAINT FRERES. Dec. 7, 1953 [Dec. 15, 1952], No. 33931/53. Class 142(2). The take-up mechanism in a circular loom comprises two horizontal rollers 3, 4 of equal diameter and driven at the same speed in opposite directions. The surface of each roller may be of roughened sheet metal. With this arrangement, one layer of the flattened tube of fabric is allowed to slip when passing round one roller and the other layer is allowed to slip when passing round the other roller.
