Abstract
A mounting medium for securing a microscope cover glass consists of 50-60 per cent by weight of coumarone indene resin having a melting point from 150 DEG to 175 DEG C. an acid number less than 1 and a refractive index of about 1.650 at 25 DEG C., dissolved in benzene, toluene or xylene.
