733,474. Mounting reflectors on lamp bulbs. LEVANE, R. April 18, 1952 [Feb. 19, 1951], No. 3965/51. Class 75 (2). Means for increasing local illumination from a globular lamp bulb comprise a reflector ring 2 and a plurality of spring strips 3 disposed in radial planes, the outer ends of the strips supporting the reflector ring whilst their inner ends form curved resilient arms adapted to conform to the shape of and to grip the lamp bulb. The outer ends of the strips conform to the triangular sectional shape of the reflector ring. The ring reflector is made of glass.
