An electrostatic inhalatorium is provided with a high-tension discharge electrode 14 arranged above a basin 2 mounted on a pedestal and containing atomizer nozzles 3 and inhalation liquid 4. In a modification the discharge electrode system is arranged at the sides of a corridor through which the patients pass.
