715,223. Tank vehicles. HITCHMAN, F. L. March 13, 1953 [March 17, 1952], No. 6811/52. Class 108(1) A water carrier comprises a drum a having wheels d and a propelling handle j. A prop member n is pivoted at p to the handle j to enable the drum to be supported in an elevated position as shown in Fig. 3. The angularly movable member r pivoted to the prop has an extension q which engages the wheel rim to prevent rotation of the drum.
