713,477. Agricultural implements. ALLEN & SONS (OXFORD), Ltd., J. Dec. 17, 1952 [Jan. 23, 1952], No. 1840/52. Class 6 (1) A plough for attachment to a power machine such as a motor scythe comprises a push bar 21 pivotally mounted on the machine chassis, a swivelling block 24 supported by the push bar, the block being adjusted with respect to the chassis by means of arcuate guides 40, 41, adjustably secured to a vertical post 46 fixed to the chassis, and a stem and beam 33, 26 pivoted on the block 24 and carrying an adjustable plough body 34, furrow wheel 29 and coulter 28. Downward movement of the plough body with respect to the chassis is limited by a stop 51 on the block 24. A counterbalance weight 50 is provided to counteract the reactive forces tending to lift the plough beam.
