707,880. Collapsible tables. CLARK, H. P. Jan. 4, 1952 [Oct. 4, 1950], No. 24231/50. Drawings to Specification. Classes 52(2) and 52(3) A collapsible table is supported by pivoted X-form legs, each comprising a rectangular tubular frame consisting of two [-shaped parts telescopically interlocked. The underside of the table top carries spring clips to engage the top bars of the legs, the clips being so arranged that the spread of the legs, and consequently the height of the table, can be altered. Adjacent tables can be connected by clips passed through the depending rims of the table tops.
