Abstract
A vitamin coated table salt is made by grinding vitamins to a powder which is fine relative to the salt granules and uniformly coating the salt granules with the powder. The vitamins are exemplified by a mixture of 1 part of B1 and 1 1/2 parts of B2 and a mixture of 1 part of B1, 1 1/2 parts of B2 and 10 parts of C.
