Abstract

691,436. Boxes; packing. BELSINGER, Inc. April 24, 1951 [Jan. 2, 1951], No. 9484/51. Classes 18 and 94(i) A cardboard box of inside depth of at least 40 inches, is arranged for easy packing by provision of a liner in two parts, one part C being inserted into the lower box section A and that section being packed, and the second part D then being inserted into the space between the upper edge of the part C and the mouth of the section A in abutting relation with the part C for completion of the packing. The upper section B is telescoped over the part D into abutting relation with the part A and secured by adhesive strip and/or baling bands. The ends of the parts A, B may be closed by flanged caps stapled to the walls, in lieu of the closure flaps 14, 15 shown. Specifications 654,665 and 654,679 are referred to.
