679,358. Electric condensers; insulation. SIEMENS & HALSKE AKT.-GES. May 29, 1951 [Oct. 1, 1948], No. 12607/51. Classes 36 and 37. Thin insulating sheet material is freed from conductive particles by passing it between electrodes, e.g. rollers, to which a high potential is applied so as to burn out the conductive particles, the material then being coated with varnish. It may be used as the dielectric of rolled or flat plate condensers, and the electrodes may be deposited on its surface.
