Abstract

<PICT:0664217/IV (c)/1> <PICT:0664217/IV (c)/2> <PICT:0664217/IV (c)/3> A continuous hose finishing machine comprises an endless conveyer 10 carrying forms 11 for the reception of the stockings and a pair of spray-boxes 13 or other means for thoroughly impregnating the stockings spaced along the conveyer run, the conveyer being p adapted to take the forms through a finishing chamber 15 to condition any stockings thereon after they leave each spray-box or the like, and before they reach the other spray-box or the like. A common finishing chamber 50 may be provided embracing both straight runs of the conveyer. The stockings are conditioned within the chamber by the circulation of hot air.
