[Class 141] A necktie press comprises a tapered base 2 with inwardly inclined side walls 1 which engage similarly inclined side edges of a similarly tapered slide 3, the tie being pressed between the slide and the base The slide may have notches 4, 8 to assist withdrawal and is preferably longer than the base having an aperture 5 at the narrow end which may receive a detachable suspension hook. Alternatively, the narrow end may be formed as a hook.
