[Class 28(i)] Plate warming baskets f, or shelves, are included in the structure of a bain marie a along with its food warming receptacles b so that the plates are heated either by the waste gases of the burner e or by the hot water of the bain marie. The baskets f are provided with lids f<SP>1</SP>. The structure may be enclosed within sliding doors forming a cabinet.
