Abstract

620,232. Cradles &c. ; litters. REGINA FABRICS, Ltd., and ABRAHAMS, P. L. Jan. 10, 1947, No. 891. [Class 52 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXII] A cot &c., comprises a flexible covering and a collapsible frame consisting of a pair of side members adapted to be held in rigidly spaced upstanding relation by transverse stay members having spigot and socket connection with the side members. Fig. 6 shows two side members 1, 2 comprising limbs 3, 4, 5, 9 with sockets 6 welded thereon with which engage the downturned spigots 7 of the transverse stay members 8. The side members 1, 2 are enclosed in a panel 14, Fig. 3, provided on the inside of each side wall of the covering 10 and secured to said covering by stitching 15, the panel incorporating wadding 17. At the ends the outer covering 18 is secured over the transverse stays 8 to an innercovering by flaps. Handles 23, 24 are provided, (see Group XXXII). A hood 34, and apron 30 are provided which may be secured in place by press studs 31, 33.
