[Class 64(ii)] A support for the base of the refill in a vacuum flask comprises a seating element 2 carried on a spring metal support constituted by a strip formed with a central upwardly dished portion 1a and upturned end parts 1b of arcuate formation in plan adapted to conform substantially to the curvature of the wall of the outer casing. The dished element 2 may be rotatable and a ledge 2c for a ring of rubber, cork, or other resilient material may be provided.
