603,511. Hair pins. GAYLORD PRODUCTS, Inc. Oct. 22, 1945; No. 27795. Convention date, Oct. 21, 1944. [Class 131] A hair pin comprises a loop 11 with a pair of depending legs 12 each with relatively long outwardly diverging portions 13, 14, 16, the inner ends of the pair 13 terminating at the loop, joined by relatively short inwardly converging portions 17, 18, 19 disposed at an angle of 35 to 90 degrees to the longitudinal axis of the hair pin to form abutment shoulders in three hair-receiving pockets 21, 22, 23, and free ends 24 which are substantially parallel, the abutment shoulders 18 of the intermediate pocket 22 being longer than the shoulders 17 and 19 to provide a restricted passage 27. Specification 1300/02, [Class 131], is referred to.
