596,934. Blinds. ACCORDO BLINDS, Ltd., and GILL, L. Aug. 6, 1945, No. 20139. [Class 20(iii)] A blind comprises a sheet of pliable material with a plurality of tensioned extensible members attached transversely each having runners at both ends displaceable along tracks arranged on opposite sides of the window as shown, spring rods 13 pass through sleeves 12 in the pleated pliable sheet 11. Eyed screws 14 with runners 15 attached are connected at both ends of the rods and pass through slots 7 in the window frame 5 and 6 to which are attached rails 8 with tracks 9 on which the runners travel.
