Abstract
586,735. Mattress handles. BECHIK, M. July 5, 1944, No. 12829. [Class 52 (iv)] The inturned ends 12 of a preformed handle 11 are retained in grommets 13 by radial, sharpedged tongues 18 on an apertured plate 17 carried by the grommet. To replace a broken handle the ends of the old handle are pushed into the mattress and the new handle inserted. U.S.A. Specifications 2,011,747 and 2,248,328 are referred to.
