Abstract
584,624. Damp courses. EMERY BROS., Ltd., HUMPHRIS, A. J., and WILLIAMS, D. L. W. Jan. 11, 1945, No. 948. [Class 20 (iv)] [Also in Group VIII] A damp course comprises two thin diagonallycorrugated sheets of soft copper 1 with bituminous plastic 2 between them. The plastic comprises five thin layers-outer layers of bitumen, a central binder layer of hurds- or similar hairy material, and intermediate binder layers of sand. The whole is pressed together and, being warm when manufactured, can be rolled up for transport.
