568,312. Sharpening razors. KEY, J. T., and OSCHINSKY, V. Sept. 23, 1943, No. 15654. [Class 60] A device for sharpening safety razor blades comprises a metal frame 10 with end flanges 11, the frame being apertured at 12 to fit over the pins &c. on the cap 13 of a razor. The ends 14 of the flanges 11 are apertured to receive hard steel rods 15, the ends of the rods projecting beyond the frame and having knurled or serrated rollers 16 secured thereon. In operation, the frame is placed on the razor cap 13 and the razor is assembled with the edges of the blade 17 resting on the rods 15, the razor then being moved to and fro on a surface to engage and rotate the rollers 16 and rods 15.
