Abstract

567,514. Supporting pipes. INTERNATIONAL COMBUSTION, Ltd., and SAWBRIDGE, A. H. Oct. 4, 1943, No. 16231. [Class 99 (ii)] Two pipes are mutually supported by a stay comprising two similarlyshaped members detachably secured together, each member having at each end a substantially semicircular portion a adapted to fit round a pipe. The members have interengaging recessed lugs c and grooves b and are sprung into locking position. The lugs, recesses and grooves are rounded so that the members have slight relative rocking movement. Alternatively, the members are bolted together.
