Abstract
559,159. Fencing. PENFOLD FENCING Ltd and TOMLIN, A. W. Dec. 15, 1942, No. 8700/43 [Class 45] In chain link mesh fencing slats 11 are threaded, either during or after manufacture of the wire linkage, through some or all of the mesh runs 10, or are laid along, and attached thereto, outside. The slats may each fill the whole length and breadth of the runs, as shown in Fig. 1, or some or all may fill only part of a run, or be built up of more than one piece either laterally or longitudinally or both. The slats may be of wood, metal, or other material and, when threaded through may be held in place by turning down over their ends the extremities 12 of the wire runs.
