Abstract

550,603. Vehicle bodies. IVERSEN, P. A. SCOTT-. Oct.18,1941. No.13431. [Class 108 (i)] A motor-car has front and rear wings 11, 13 the outside portions of which are separately formed in the same main dies so as originally to be identical, the front of the front wings corresponding to the rear of the rear wings. As shown in the sections Figs. 1, 2, 3 on lines I, II and III of Fig. 8, each wing is built up of an inside portion 21 over the wheel and a side panel 22, there being a door on each side of the vehicle between the panels of the front and rear wings. The Specification also shows the invention applied to an open motor-car.
