[Class 83 (iii)] An adjustable boring or reaming tool comprises a pair of cutters B B mounted in a bar C and provided with semi-conical recesses which are differently spaced on the two cutters and which coact with a pair of conical-pointed screws 1, 2 which may be operated to adjust the cutters from the closed position, Fig. 5, to the open position, Fig. 6. The screws may be inserted either from the end of the bar or from the side, Fig. 4.
