[Class 20 (i)] A silo or the like is formed of precast slabs a with beaded edges b and locking blocks c, projections d with tapered edges f on the edges of the slabs engaging corresponding slots g in the locking blocks, whereby the vertical edges of the slabs are forced into close contact. The slabs may be provided with inter-fitting vertical edges and embracing bands may surround the tier of locking blocks.
