Abstract

528,597. Two stroke engines. PRICE, J. B. May 10, 1939, No. 13943. [Class 7 (ii)] Pistons 5 are connected to a common rod 6 and work in cylinders 3, 4 separated by a partition 2 in which is located a double-teat valve for controlling the admission of air or combustible mixture to pump spaces 12. The pump charges are transferred to the combustion spaces 10 through piston ports 14 which register with passages 13. Exhaust ports 15 are controlled by the pistons.
