513,230. Collapsable gates. POWNER, E. D., and POWNER, W. D. April 2. 1938, No. 10108. [Class 45] The openings between the pickets of a collapsable lattice gate are reduced by means of an auxiliary lattice or openwork gate adapted to be applied to the main gate so that one or more of its vertical members is or are located between adjacent pickets of the main gate. As shown, the auxiliary gate comprises vertical bars 4 interconnected by pivotal links 5. Alternate bars 4 are fastened to the main gate pickets 1 by clips 6 secured by bolts 7 passing between the two channel-section members forming the picket.
