Abstract
504,064. Shoe &c. eyelets. SCHWARZE. 0.. SCHWARZE, W., and SCHWARZE. G. Feb. 21, 1938, Nos. 5445 and 5446. Convention dates, April 17, 1937 and May 29, 1937. [Class 43] A shoe &c. eyelet 3, 9, 25, 33, is furnished with a button-like head 6, 10, 23, 31 adapted to lie on the exterior of the shoe, the point of entry 7, 11, &c. of the shoe lace 8 through the head being located eccentrically thereof and in a position to give direct access of the lace end to the interior of the eyelet. Several further modifications are shown and described in which the eyelet is formed either as one piece or of several portions, which may be suitably ornamented by pressed-up ribs.
